4 hour session, 4 out of position folds - +EV advice here.

Hey guys, I have just recently started playing live.
I wanted to share something with you guys that happened in my game.
In 4 hours, 4 times by the river or turn I was heads up, and it's my action.
I believe almost all 4 times I was bluffing, and not even sure if I was going to bet. I know at least 2 of the times I was going to check, but what I did was take some chips and start stacking them in stacks of 20 beside themselves like I was about to make a move.
4 times that I did this, the player I was heads up with just threw their cards in before I actually made my play, giving me the pot.
I would suggest if you are planning on checking, or folding, that sometimes you take a hundred stack and start dividing it like you are going to fire a big bet. I couldn't believe this happened 4 times in about 4 hours, and I am definitely going to abuse it.
Lots of people want to have a cool ego at the table and make this play. Once you see someone do it to you, make sure you are laying out stacks when you want him to fold and you're done with the hand.

Well this is a huge leak on your opponents end. I rarely actually attempt this as I don't see it work all that often. Obviously it's + EV to get an opponent to fold by simply making a motion towards your chips.

Better +EV advice would be directions to the game. This is like the hidden ball trick in baseball. It works like once in a blue moon; usually on the river when someone folds a missed draw to a guy who always bets the river.

Maybe its different at your casino, but it's not once in a blue moon here.
It's 4 times in 4 hours last session.

Happened to me tonight. Lag raises pre I flat with 6s-6c. Flop KK5dd checks thru on flop. Turn 2d Lag bets 25 I flat. River 9d he checks I decide to bet and start to count out chips and he mucks his K face up before I bet.

Definitely see it happen sometimes, especially when you have an aggressive image.
