You played it fine. Why would you shove turn? So that he can't draw to his 2 outs?
Flop is good imo. I can argue for a raise only because the villain shows a lot of strength by checking raising a bet and call. But, trapping is fine in this spot. Flatting doesn't necessary mean anything - you could have 45 or even refuse to fold top pair.
Turn is good - bet sizing is great because now you can shove for an amount that is less than 1/2 pot.
River - snap call. What can you do? Got unlucky.
