Your best action will depend entirely on whether or not V1 is capped, which depends entirely on whether or not V1 check/called turn, or whether V1 checked flop and bet turn. Unfortunately, it seems as if the hand histories were botched and it's unclear what the action on the turn was. If V1 really check/called turn (which is impossible unless you botched the preflop action) this is a no-brainer bet. V1 is capped at AK. We can go big, like half pot to 2/3 pot with a range of AK,KQs, and missed flush draws (mainly A
J
,A
T
). If V1 bet turn and checked river, and V2 checked all 3 streets, then a value bet is much thinner here. V2 is certainly weak. I'm not worried about him having any 4x except for A
4
. As for V1, we beat KJs (two combos), but V1 can have some slowplayed QQ and KQ that decided to play the river tricky, as V2 may have deduced correctly that we are AK heavy when we call turn. I think a check is the best play on the river, especially if V1 is capable of bluffing us off our hand if we make a small value bet. Pretty nitty, I know, but both players look really weak here, but V1 really either has a missed heart draw, KJs or a slowplayed monster, and there really aren't that many KJs when we hold a K in our hand.
