What do donk leads usually mean in your games?

This.
An OMC donking the flop, usually means a weakish TP trying to "see where he's at" and is basically asking to be raised off his hand, imo. A chaser donking small is often trying to set a price for a draw. A LAG is sometimes donking small to induce a raise with strong holdings, etc.
C/C flop, then lead turn when a draw comes in is usually an indication that the draw hot for an ABC player. However, "hit" does not necessarily mean the nuts. From an OMC, leading pot on that turn could be KT, 5c6c-8c9c, and a discounted number of nut-flushes (most often wouldn't lead so big, hoping to get calls), As for hands that were made OTF that might take this line, AcKx ass mentioned above, and some combos of sets that were willing to let one card land free but are now worried about how drawy the board is getting.
In this case, with the second nut flush and the SF-redraw, obv never folding.
