$500 eff. Very tight table. My image TAG. I can haz JJ in HJ. V1 is in SB and is also a TAG. V2 is in BB. Folds to me and I make it $20. SB and BB call.

Flop: KQ9r Pot ~ $60 Checked to me, I check.
Turn: Q Checked to me, I check.
River: 8 V1 bets $40, V2 folds.

You and why?

I fold, because I don't want to play this abortion of a hand any worse.

I would've cbet, and possibly barrelled too. As much as i'm not liking this board, I have showdown equity from tens and also initiative. They will fold 88 and less, AJ, AT.

I think checking twice here is turrible.

I bet the flop about 70% of the time here...check it down if you get called.

As played, you played it so weakly, V's range is wide open...soul read???

Why are you betting c-betting flop with 2 overs that hit ranges of 2 opponents really hard? I think all 3 of my checks were good.

*Grunch*

Flop, he would sometimes bet a king, sometimes check. He'd almost always check a queen.

Turn: If he does have a king, he's often checking. If he has a queen, he's usually betting.

River: If somehow he has a king or queen, he's always value betting.

Out of K-X and Q-X hands, I think K-X is more likely. He's not putting hero on K-X or Q-X but the other involved villain might have K-X.

We only need to win 28.6% of the time to call. I think I'm calling this...

I think your flop check was good. But I like a bet on the turn, though a check is not terrible.
