Why are you not betting flop vs 2 villains? Get some value. Oh and top off pre.

$40/$95/$165 (shove).

Letting the flop check through and not stacking someone would be tragic here.
Esp since we are OOP for the hand and can't control any of the action. If a scary turn card comes and we have to check and they check again then we hate life.

As played, click it back to $110 and shove the river. Call it off if he shoves over your turn raise.

So you check the flop on the 4/45 chance that an Ace hits the turn? Presumably because you think that your villains have and Ace? If that's the case then it's 3/45, 6.66% of the time. (2/45 or 4.44% if they both have an Ace..) We want to risk a 6.6% chance hoping they might have any ace?

What about all the times they have a pair already and 'put you on AK'?
What about the times that they just get scared because you bet when the Ace came?
Waiting for an Ace to come is just bad playing.

Keep the play simple.

Hero begins with 60 bbs effective, raises 5 bbs pre, gets 2 callers and flops top set. With a short stack, goal is to double-up which requires betting flop and turn, AI if you get 2 callers OTF. Charge them to catch-up.

As played, raise to $125.

OP there is no need to slow play this hand. You flopped top set, your goal is to extract value from weaker 2nd best hands. Most of the time the best way to do this is to fast play. The fact the V had a gutter is really a non factor. There will be times he hits and times he bricks. But you want him to make a poor call with 4 outs all day everyday.

This flop has to be fast played because it smashes our 2 callers ranges. 2pair, pair+draw. Im betting here just about 100% of the time and confident that I am getting action from at least 1 player. V ends up hitting his double gutter but you need to make him pay for it on the flop for all the times the turn is a blank and you get zero action when you bet. We need value.
