I have a strong image, and have shown down good hands all night, but keep getting drawn out on. I've not been 100% honest, and done my share of stealing pots against players that respect my image, but have had the goods when the real bets start flying. I start the hand with about 600.
UTG straddles, 4 people call. I call with 65s in CO, button and BB call.
Flop 7
6
5
. Someone early (UTG?) leads 20, and two people call. I raise to 100.
Button tanks. He calls after ~30 seconds. Everyone else folds.
Reads! Button covers me, he is older asian guy, very nice. Me and him and the 1 seat have been friendly all night. He knows I don't put the money in light, and has folded almost always when I have shown strength. Some hands I'd seen of his included calling a small raise in position with 24s, and getting it in for 350 more on a 924 flop. Also, he called a c/r from a donk while in position with 33 on an A45 board. So I think his range is light against fish, but have no reason to think so against me.
Turn: 2
. So I was caught pretty off guard by this. The coldcall scared the crap out of me, and I really don't know if this is nuts, or like 86, or what. I was all set to call a raise from one of the folks who led 20, and play the pot IP. Thats out the window...Hero?
