the background is he 3b my open three times in a row, just folded Aksc to him which was a good fold, he flop a set of 9s
a rec player opened 20 in the MP and I 3b to 75 in the CO, BTN cold called the 75 and the villian min4b to 150 at the BB
I cold called 4b with 56sd and the btn called as well
flop came A46 with 2 dimonds
I checked, btn checked as well, the villain cet 225 to a 490 pot
I snap jamed the rest of my stack which 650 total
btn snap folded and the villain tank called with KK no dimond
we ran it twice and unfortunately I lost both ran out

first of all, I wasn't on tilt at that spot, even I got 3b by the same person three times in a row
based on my table image, even my late postion 3b range was not very wide, I was expecting a lot of respect
the villian's 4b range was even narrower, the most possiable holdings were AA/KK/QQ or maybe Aks/72o occationally
the flop was one the the best flops that I can expect, I got a pair and flush draw
a standard check, planned to check rasied allin if the villain placed a cbet here, check was more reasonable if he got AA
I don’t think he should bet Aks.o or AQ type of hands here, it's hard to get three streets value with these type of holdings, maybe check back to induce a bet on the turn or make the delay cbet on the turn
I made two mistakes, the first was I didn’t have enough chips to get him rid of his hand, the wasn't as much as fold equities as expected
secondly I acted to fast and gave to much live tells

expect the stack was no deep enough, did i make any more mistakes?
how can i play better or deal with this kind of situations more profitable?

Oh it took me a little while to understand that by "sd" you mean "suited diamonds". That's nonstandard, just write "56dd". "56sd" should mean the 5 of spades and 6 of diamonds.

Threebetting 56s should be an occasional thing, but if you think you have the image for it and the raiser isn't very good it's OK. Your 3bet size in position is a bit big, just 60 would be fine.

If BB almost always has a big pair, you should probably actually fold to the 4bet. I know you're getting a great price, but you're going to flop something that can continue against his range very rarely.

You have you and btn acting first OTF but I assume BB actually just bet out? Now you've flopped this well, you have to just shove.
