$2-$5 Live game.

Hero $600: UTG and is TAG playing mostly tight, no real history with Villain.

Villain $800: BB and is LAG. Playing a number of pots and willing to call large raises OOP. Villain has shown down hands in raised pots with connectors (suited and unsuited) as well as hands as light as Q6, Ax. My read on Villain is that he is not concerned with evaluating other players position, he is willing to call either just because he likes to mix it up, or because he genuinely feels he can outplay after the flop.

Preflop: Hero has QsQh and raises to $20 - folds around to BB Villain who calls.

Pot: $42

Flop: 4d6c8d

Villain: Check
Hero: Bets $35
Villain: Raises to $80

- I call here because even though this board has hit his range, he could clearly be putting me on two high cards and trying to raise me out of hand on a C-Bet. I think he could do this with any pair on the flop - he also could do this with a pair 99-JJ. I rule out KK-AA because no three bet preflop. Sure, its possible he has a straight already, a set or two pair, but I feel like I'm too strong to give up after one raise. - I call $80 -

Pot: $202

Turn: 4d6c8d - 10s

Villain: Checks
Hero: Bets $125
Villain: Folds

- My reasoning for the bet here of $125 is that his check indicated he didn't have the straight (yet) and most likely didn't have 2-pair either because he would be betting to prevent a flush from getting there. Once again, because he is so hard to read with such a big range I feel too vulnerable to either betting small or checking the turn and allowing him to catch something. Any card that hits that is not the last two Q's and I'm not sure where I'm at. -

Thoughts?

you played it very well.. however your villain is not loose aggressive if he likes to call wide and OOP.. that would make him loose passive.

How else can you possibly play this hand?

Position is so important here, hand plays differently if Villain is last to act.

Playing LAG OOP is a huge mistake.
