I promise no one is paying enough attention to this and even if you varied perfectly between strong and weak it's still appear random. I'm speaking within a normal range of sizing. If you make it 35 with 89dd and 135 with AA someone may notice.

Stick to your formula. More than few regs will definitely pick up on sizing tells if your at all active. Can't remember last session where I didn't pick up on a sizing tell.
Other than calling it "value" seems OK. Title should really be "2/5 turn mp into a bluff shove OTT"

It's prob just a best option play. Not every action falls clearly under value/bluff and sometimes the language can be too polarizing when it comes to talking strategy.

I wouldn't say no one, but only observant regulars and those should be few with decent table selection. As long as someone, who is capable of 3betting light is behind me, I would keep my sizing consistent, otherwise I would go max exploit.
