Two questions: what position did V1 open from, and how deep are he and V2?
If they're not much more than 100BB deep then V2 is always playing {88,33,A3s,A
x #12} like this and you have 14.2% equity against that range. Right now there is $250 in the pot and you're risking ($375 - .142 * $900) = $247 when called so you need him to be bluffing about half the time to break even on the jam.
It's definitely possible that he bluffs 12+ combos here but you are better equipped to decide that than us.
