Hero is 9 hours into a session and is sitting at $800. Hero hasn't gotten to out of line.

Villian has only been sitting down for about an hour and has already doubled up. Don't have to many reads on him but just seems like a typical ABC 2/5 player.

7 Handed.

UTG opens to 20 and there are 3 caller before it gets to the hero on the button. Hero wakes up with Kc3c and smooth calls. Both blinds call as well.

Flop ($130) 4d 6c Js

Checks all the way through

Turn ($130) 7c

Sb checks, BB (Villian) bets $70, folds to hero who makes it $250. SB folds and Villian tanks for about 1 minute and calls.

River ($630) Jh

Villian checks, hero shoves remaining $530.

I know this should be a fold or 3bet preflop. When I play long sessions sometimes I get to passive and wide pre-flop.

I have thoughts about the range I put my opponent on when he called my turn raise but I'm not sure if I should include it here or let people respond first.

The play preflop, turn and river looks to too much like like a train wreck.

I'm not sure why we're making fancy bluffs on a standard reg we've only seen play for an hour when the number 1 leak at LLSNL is calling too light. He doesn't know we've been playing solid for the last 9 hours. On the turn we could probably just call, hit our hand and get paid. The only hand we can credibly represent that checked back the flop is 77 or a whole buch of combo draws that miss on the river.

On the river, I think we should usually give this up. If you're going to go for it to fold out couterfeited 2 pair then betting 425 into 630 is enough and looks more valuey than jamming 530.

If you're going to play the hand, you should 3 bet preflop. Folding is standard here. Calling is worst option.

As played, flat the turn bet.

LOL at "wakes up with Kc3c" -- that was a good laugh.

Not sure what you are trying to rep, exactly? You have the BTN and you are checking a set or J? River is OK if V will fold a J or straight, but I doubt it. Not a whole lot more he can have.

Overall, I'm not a fan, but once you raise the turn and V checks river, no other way to win it. I just hope V is not trappy and can fold.

As far as bluffs with K high go, it's not so bad. Just depends on V.

Yes, it was a train wreck.

Villian tanks for 5 minutes and calls with 44.

Looking back I don't mind the river shove because it may force two pair hands out. Maybe even make a straight fold.

Then again I am just clicking buttons. I'm not really even thinking about what I'm representing and just going for it. After about 5-6 hours I really stop thinking at the table.

I should of never been in that spot to begin with and that is where the problem was.

Thanks for going easy on me.

Honestly, thanks for the honest post. It was a good attempt at a bluff once you got to river.

I don't mind the hand at all nor how you played it. Button is perfect spot to play a hand like K3cc.

What I cant believe is why V tanked for 5 minutes before calling?? Crazy...
