Hero, active image has 3 and 4 bet in the last 2 orbits has not shown down a hand in forever.
Villan- Older, passive calling station, called down my bluff earlier
$500 effective early postion open to $15 3 callers I make it $100 out of the SB with AcKd, villian calls
Flop ($245ish) Jc10s7c Hero? This flop seemed very bad to cbet in this situation

Since villain is passive I prefer to cbet this flop. Obviously not check/folding as we have two overs plus broadway gutshot and backdoor nut flush.
If villain calls flop we're check/folding turn and river unless we bink. If villain raises we're folding obv. This is a spot where villains passiveness works to your advantage.

I would check the flop. The flop hits his range pretty hard.
If he is passive and not much risk of making an aggressive move, you may get two free cards.....
I don't really bluff calling stations. Your profit will come from them paying off your value bets.
However
If he plays fit/fold postflop (calls down with any piece/folds everything else) you could underbet...($105 maybe)
I prefer checking though.

I do not understand the logic behind betting the flop with the intention of check folding further streets. We should wager by our reads that he is going to call. You might say that if he bets, because of how passive he is, we are for sure behind. In that case, why not save ourselves a large bet and just check fold now?

People love to put you on AK and even old man coffee knows this is a board you would bluff with AK on. I would check/call and get ready to shove any club or queen and and bet fold A/K turns

Also our lag image is going to get us paid but villain is possibly a habitual drooler so it can really go either way imo
