Posting this hand for a friend.

UTG limps, Hero raises UTG+1 to $25 with KsQh; CO, BTN, BB, and limper call.

Flop($120): KT9

BB and UTG check, Hero?

Let's start with a $75 bet, but yes you can fold this hand to any crazy action. This is a super wet flop and we shouldn't stack off 100+bbs deep if we don't improve. If we're short stacked we can just shove here.

I might just bet/fold this to any raise by hands in position, and consider calling vs folding if BB or UTG raise, depending on feel and player reads. I hate calling a raise on this flop oop just bc I'm playing for stacks for sure given bloated pot. Need flop action to determine a plan for rest of hand.

Obviously not enough info provided. But 5 way with a flop that smashes calling hand ranges we need to be super careful. Even to the extent of checking this and waiting for a safe turn to emerge.

I'd c-bet if pot was 3-way. Against this many players, I'd check. There's a decent chance someone has a flush draw or has us outflopped. Betting accomplishes almost nothing against a flush draw since they wouldn't fold anyway and they could make a +EV semibluff raise.

If someone then bets, either call, raise, or fold depending many factors.

I dont really mind a Fold preflop but then again I dont know anything about the stacks or reads/villains.
As played would be betting anywhere from 70-110 and would expect a a caller or 2 depending on table.
I guess you could check but that just seems a little weak and could give the free card off

I probably bet like 85 here maybe even 100... a King is never folding, FD are never folding, hands like a pair and a straight draw are never folding. This is the street to get the most value with this particular hand imo... probably not going to be a 3 street of value hand so I go for max on the flop, re evaluate on turn cards and obviously fold to aggression otf.

In pokerstove, I put in a range of top ~23% of all hands excluding AA-JJ and AK for each of the 4 opponents, our hand, and the flop.

It's still calculating but we have only ~35-39% equity.

I don't care what you stoved. I want to know more about why we wouldn't bet a made hand because a flush draw is always going to call?

Bet about half the pot, assuming ~100BB stacks against complete unknowns. Get value from draws.

Is this thread gonna hit 50 posts with no stack sizes or reads?
