Checking the turn wasn't bad since most if the time you just give up after a c-bet there. I think you should raise his turn bet or go for a check raise on the river though.

i thought about c/r. but i didnt read villains hand well at all. looks like someone ITT called his hand but i honestly and truly did not put him on KK. I can't believe he didn't rr pre, so i had NO IDEA he had kk

i bet smallish otr targeting Ace high. v told me he actually had KK 3 days later

if villain doesnt reraise my small 4bet then my play pre is fantastic and Im ecstatic with it

i misread his pf range completely tho...his range WAS JJ/AK but if he only 4b AA the i can 4b basically any hand and give up completely when i whiff, and i can steal blinds relentlessly from HJ

Yeah, you put in an extra $85 pre against a hand that had you completely crushed. Truly something to be ecstatic about.

Between your nonsensical thinking about preflop and your terrible line post, my advice is to move down in stakes.

I can't really comment too much as I don't think i have ever played this big of a hand 3k(600bb) effective stacks, this V has prob rarely encountered this as well. This is probably why V just called. A 5b in non really high stakes that isn't all in pre is extremely rare. If V 5b to say 400 and you 6b, it's really gross for him. If he 5b to 400 and you call, it's still gross post flop as there's already over 260bb in the pot and SPR is ~3.2.

villain should have 0 5b range. or {AA, Ax} if you must have something.

I am not really sure I like the preflop 4b with this hand would rather A2-A5s but meh
While you did flop great the board is kind of dry while there is a flush draw the only real combos are AKs,AQs and maybe T9s do weighted more towards over pair.
So I guess you are only really going to get 2 street here.
Flop sizing 1/2-3/4psb
I like the turn check but wouldn't mind a min raise just to keep him around and too pump the pot up to go for fat value on river
