That is def not his range (based on my read). He has AK here too. That changes everything. He is FoS sometimes. That really changes everything
Is he really going to just stack off for this amount of $ every time he has AA? What if he has KK and there's an Ace on the flop? What if he has QQ and there's an A/K on the flop?
Proper setmining odds are much > 8:1 or however you want to look at it. I feel like this is the most misunderstood thing in poker, just because you hit your set doesn't mean you're going to win a huge pot. So often I hit my set, Ace high board, I bet and everyone folds. If you have something like 20:1 always take it. If you're going into a 5 way pot always take it. When you're putting in a call for 1/10th of V's remaining stack heads up you should have just folded, particularly when playing hands like 44-22.
