Ok, so I'm pretty sure I fumbled this hand but I wanted to get some feedback on the optimal line here. Game is 2/5, max $1k buy. I'm about 30 mins into my session. V1 is young east Indian LAG with over $2k when I sat who has chipped up to about $3k for this hand.
HH: LAG doesn't really do him justice. This guy is 80+ VPIP but yet 10 or less PFR. He's calling almost anything pre then either overbet blasting flop with bluffs or monsters, peeling draws and bottom pair to any sized bet on the flop. The table chuckled more than once at his literal shrug calls of 100+ bets with middle or bottom pair. By the turn he becomes more standard. Peeling strong draws and going for max value (probably still has some bluffs but less). One thing I have not seen him do is slow play, but it's only been 30-45 mins. One hand I opened in MP with 88 and got 2 callers, flop came Q high and he donks $300, fold, fold. NH. Another hand I was not in went the same way. A third hand was straddled for $10, V1 called from EP, 2 or 3 other straddle calls then the BTN opens for $65. V1 calls with 24o, one other caller. Flop comes 356r. V1 donks standard $300, BTN jams about $550, call, tilt, V1 scoops.
OTTH: 3 limpers (including V1 in CO) in the pot and Hero ($650) is on BTN with 8

. Hero opens for $40, folds around to LP (covers) call, V1 (covers) call.
Flop: (~$125 after rake) 9

LP checks, V1 opens for $75 (his other standard donk). Hero flats mostly to keep all of V1s bluffs in and induce LP to call, but also because one of these guys can actually have 67. LP folds.

V1 checks. This may have been the first time I saw V donk flop then check turn heads up. Did he find a new gear or is he giving up on a bluff? At any rate I can't give a free card and V is capable of making huge calls with middle / bottom pair so I bet $180. Kind of large but against this V I felt it was appropriate. V insta calls without the shrug. Had he shrugged I would have known for sure I was good but now I'm overthinking 67 given his god mode run.

V checks. Hero? I only have $355 behind, any bet is committing me for stacks. Do I jam it here and hope he didn't find a new gear and check his straight twice? If I bet less than AI V1 is capable of coming over the top with anything from a bluff to 1 pair, 2 pair, set, straight. Should I ignore the fact that V1 is literally on fire and hitting whatever he needs? Is it criminal to check behind with this much showdown value?
