V1 is straightforward Asian middle-aged grinder, sitting at about 2K. V2 recently doubled Hero up with KK vs AA - V2 flatted UTG+1 Hero's UTG open to 30 and raise-called Hero's 3! on the flop.

ES 1000. Hero starts hand with 1750.

V2 straddles. Limped 2 ways to V1 in SB, opens to 50. Hero 3! to 130 with T9o. V2 flats, all fold.

Flop (330) Ah Ts 9s
Hero leads 100. V2 flats.

Turn (530) 7s
Hero checks, V bets 300. V c/shove AI for 770.

Three-bet pre was small not to induce, and not for value, but to give V1 an inaccurate range. When V2 flats, obviously things get weird...

Thoughts appreciated.

Fold pre. This is a really horrible spot. Not sure what you are doing here. Your reasoning for making a poorly sized 3-bet is bad.

Bet stronger on flop for value. Why are we pricing in draws?
Turn, good check, easy fold as played.

(btw action is a bit confusing because you didn't state that V1 called, and u state you lead without an indication that v1 checks flop and then on turn you label both villains as V).

Lol. What kind of sizing are you using here?pre way too small but whatever, flop you bet less than 1/3 pot with bottom 2 on a draw heavy board. Then I guess that means you check shoved the turn, seems awful.

What draws does V2 have on the flop after cold-calling the 3! out of the straddle?

Oh and yea, that should read Hero c/shove turn.

Analysis above was if up against 2 villains.

Vs 1 villain:
Flop bet is good but should bet a bit more for value.
Turn, continue to bet for value. there are lots of scare cards that can come out on river, plus he could have a spade in his hand.

The turn check raise should only be employed in this spot vs the most aggressive of opponents. Decent players will check back AxXs in this spot.
