Hero checks. CO bets 35. BUT folds. Hero calls.

Hero checks. V bets 400 all in. Hero?

I fold the river unless I have an amazing soul read. As played, I probably raise the turn. This is a pretty bad run-out for AA, though.

Hmmm yeah I was thinking raise or fold turn might be better just because there are so many bad rivers. But also I don’t think having a c/r range here is very good

I think it's fine vs. an aggro player. Sometimes it's the only way to get two streets, and most rivers are bad, especially if he's continuing no matter what.

Would a river blocker bet work vs. this guy? (River sucks regardless.)

Is checking flop the standard play here? I get you are OOP in a 3-way pot, but against two fish, I would probably start trying to take them to value town and only consider folding if you get resistance on later streets. Too many turns I don't want to see if it happens to check thru.

I like the check on this board with an aggro player behind us because we can get a lot of value from inducing bluffs. The board definitely favors his range and he could have a lot of sets, straights, and 2 pairs.

Once you call the turn bet, your range is pretty capped to what it actually is (a vulnerable over pair). The problem is some of his bluffs like J9s got there and his value hands like T9, QTs, 89, sets all have you crushed. You beat spaz bluffs and low pps that he turned into a bluff. I don’t think we’re beating enough to call here unless the dude is a maniac.
