Villain ($650): 45ish middle eastern guy. Been at table for about an hour. Been playing fairly tight and aggressive. Gives off way too serious of vibes with headphones and hoodie up. We had one previous hand where it was folded him in SB and he informed me that he never chops. He raised to $10, I flat. He double barrelled and I folded turn (I forget exact hands/flop/turn).

Hero ($450): 30ish WG, probably a somewhat TAG image as I have not been involved in many hands since V sat down, but open raised a couple of times.

Folds to V in SB, he makes it $10, hero makes it $35 with KT. SB calls.

Flop ($65): AQQ V checks, Hero checks. I thought about betting, but thought I would normally check a lot of my value range here as well.

Turn ($65): AQQ 2 V checks, Hero bets $35, V raises to $110. Hero??

The problem you have here is that even a lot of his bluffs beat you currently. You have 12 outs to not even the nuts. You don't have enough to call.

I would have taken the free card on the turn. Prior to that, you played it well.

Probably fold. You don't have any 100% clean outs.

I think checking turn is fine. He's probably not folding any pair, and you have some SDV w/ K high. He's only folding hands that have extremely low equity vs. your hand and you don't really mind letting him see a free card with them.

However, I can also see an argument for betting here, as you're not going to be facing this c/r on the turn often, V is going to fold the turn sometimes, and you can barrel or x the river depending on the runout and your reads.

Fold AP ... as others have said outs are dirty.

I'd prefer a c-b HU ip after the pre 3b. V doesn't have enough history on how u play your value range.

Turn seems thin for value. It's a money burn as a bluff.

As played, call.

I'd need a little more info on V's other hands, but I'm inclined to call. A fold is perfectly fine, though. I, too, would have taken the free card, but I understand the desire to bet and might have done it in game.
