Yea this is good. Checking flop seems good. I wouldn’t go xxb though. I’m betting turn if I check flop.
Not sure why betting flop is bad though. If you don’t have a tight image, villian can float one bet. Opening to 30, I feel villain is prolly strong and may not just fold to one flop bet. Checking flop is probably best play against nit though here.
