if we call the flush draw wins, we want all flush draws to fold (or call incorrectly)

this of course depends on reads, I think fold is just as good as raise and I'm never flat calling. It is a losing play.

admittedly some people will stuff a raise in our face but that's poker

No that's not how it works. Our range is ahead of the minraise range but behind the 3bet call range. People get worse at turns and are terrible at rivers, let's play turns and rivers.
