Played it perfectly. Could have gone PSB on the turn but I like your line.

Seems fine, good runout to get 3 streets. I would have sized down my riverbet a little bit though, to entice him to call with as many worse 1 pair hands as possible. $150-160 seems appropriate in order to achieve that.

I doubt you would get value from one pair hand, even KQ.

Also, what's your plan if you got check-raised on the river?

I wouldn't go for 3 streets value with one pair hand unless I own V.

I disagree with this. I don’t play a lot of 2/5 so maybe this is accurate in a tougher game, but typical weak hate folding top pair especially after investing so much into the pot.getting raises sucks here but did V really slow play a set like this?

He’s flatting big bets with something. I’m checking behind as BDFD gets there.

Wow this is such an easy bet/fold here. I'm a little shocked so many are checking back. There are lots of worse 1 pair hands that can level themselves into a call when the front door flush and straight draws miss.

Depending on reads $150-$250 are all defensible bet sizes.

Agree with those saying check back river. V has many more hands that beat us than those that will call a river bet. These include monsters like 87ss (str8), AKcc, KQcc, KJcc, QJcc, KTxx, TT, and 55. Missed flush draws are folding. Missed str8 draws are folding. Calling hands MIGHT include KQxx, KJxx if he's sticky, but Hero described V as tight grinder. V might only call these type hands as bluff-catchers against Hero's LAG image. Check back, and be glad to win the pot if you have the best hand.

+1

I’d default to smaller river sizing but great board for three streets.

I like the sizing bc the FD flush missed and the BD flush arrived. We have a lot of missed flushes and a lot more made bd flushes than he has. His range is mostly air and bluffcatchers, so upsizing is preferred. If anything, more otr imo.

Above is likely a loosing player that has 0 idea what he is talking about...

As played overbet turn to $150, size down river & obvious fold if raised.
