Have some history with villain, he opened a straddled pot to $40 from btn 1 caller, I made it $140 from BB, he very quickly made it $320, I jammed, he thought and called with 88, with 850 stacks. He's been talking about playing high stakes, my buddy says he's a blaster and he definitely seems aggressive but I'm not sure if he's thoughtful about it yet. We also played a hand where I 3bet AK, he called, check/check, I check/call, he checks back river on 23743 and he said he didn't bet river cause he knows I don't fold.
He also played a hand where he straddled, limped to him OTB, he makes it 70, SB goes all in for around 330, folds back to him, he calls with KQo and loses to 75s.
We're $1550 deep at this point, one limper to me in MP, I open to $30, folds to him in the BB he makes it $130 which is a bit large for him, folds back to me and I call with AKo. Definitely occasional 4bet with this hand, especially vs him, but I like having it in my flatting range sometimes too.

He bets $175, I call - I can see a raise here but mostly I like calling on this board with these stacks as it isn't super drawy and I can still get stacks in with various hands so I don't think I need much of a raising range

He bets $275, I call

He goes all in for like 800, I tank
All his bets were fairly quick but not instantaneous. I'm not sure if he jams AA on the river, there is a 50% chance he does.
