If you go more pre, and a 20-25% pot line on this particular flop, which is the best flop for us and literally 0 scare cards, we can still get him in on the turn or continue to bet small for 3 streets to the point where the guy is like I am committed, call.

190->(Pot size ~400 going into flop, 510 behind) -> 100 Flop(600 going into turn with 410 behind), how does that not work?

Do u think KK/QQ will fold to a larger bet on this flop? If not, why not max value in this inelastic spot?

They may, they may not, but even those hands they arent folding many turns if we size it smaller OTF
