What's the rest of the tree look like (roughly) from here? We're x/c this flop for any size up to PSB and on this turn, if they PSB again we play a mix of CRAI or fold depending on our exact holding?

I don't see any reason to check this flop. I'm pretty sure he's calling any pair; though he may fold 3x if he has no heart. He'll also be calling with K, Q, and maybe T. He'll likely spazz just as often if I check vs if I bet.

I see more reasons to bet here than check.
You should be playing closer to theory when you're vs a maniac because he will be able to put you in tougher spots post flop.

Against a fish you can deviate.

It is hard to range Villain here since the Button straddle makes the hand unconventional but it is probably similar to a BB calling range vs an SB open minus the high frequency 3betting.

With this exact hand we x/c down.
