On the contrary, his speech makes an overpair much more likely. People talk more when they have strong hands. Also, given how much this flop misses our range, I feel like a set will just call a lot of times rather than check raising. If I have AK/AQ here I snap fold to the check raise and he loses value.
Anyway, given how much money went in pre-flop, you can never fold AA on any flop. Even if you turn your hand face up allowing him to play perfectly postflop, he is not getting enough implied odds to make putting in $150 PF profitable. I think you can fold QQ-JJ in this spot, and depending on the villain maybe KK. But never AA. If he cracked your aces, you just congratulate him and wait for the right spot to get your money back.
