2/5 - 4b range vs aggro reg? 2/5 - 4b range vs aggro reg?

Villain is a winning reg that's very aggro with 3-bets. I believe she thinks i'm nitty and is abusing my opens. Example hand and then some notes/questions:

Folds to hero in LP opens to $15 with TT (800 effective)
Villain 3bets to $60 from sb
Hero flats
Flop/results not relevant to discussion but she showed down ATo at the end of the hand.

I've been put in this spot by her several times over the past few months. Sometimes there's a caller and her sizing goes larger to like $80-$90. Let's focus on this exact configuration though (LP vs blinds) as it presents some good opportunities to play IP and develop a 4b range (I think).

I believe she is 3-betting a strong linear range consisting of something like 55+, JTo+, Q9s+. I've folded to her 3bets a bunch of times now and I'm always using the $15 size when opening. It's starting to feel obvious that I'm being abused.

At what point do we start 4-betting and what's our value/bluffs? I'm thinking something like: JJ+, AQo+, KQs+ (value) and then A5s, KQo+ and something like T9s for bluffs. Probably flatting the middling stuff and occasionally KK-AA. Thoughts?

Obviously not trying to get into 4bet wars vs a good reg but I'm getting run over and need to get some respect and slow this player down. Just 4-betting premiums is not going to be enough vs this player.

Thanks

PSR is important in these situations, and I don't feel like 4 betting is the only profitable way to continue, especially in position. I don't like the idea of bloating a pot preflop with something like KQo just because we know villain is 3betting most of her opening range. In position I'm fine having a wider calling range especially when she thinks you're still tighter than her range when you call.

I think actually is more important how you play post flop, and if you really want to defend against a competent reg who is probably 3betting you to isolate your post flop play (maybe she noticed you're playing too fit or fold?), then you have to be able to navigate more flop textures against a wider range. Call with ace high on unconnected flops, call flop bets with backdoor draws when board doesn't seem to hit anyone's range, etc.

Interested in what others think, but to me the solution doesn't have to be 4bet more, although I'm happier to do more of it with AKs, AQs, JJ and QQ against this kind of villain.

If she is really 3betting you as wide as JTo, her frequencies are going to be way out of line. Like 20% or more 3bet against your opens? That’s abusive and your response should be to 4bet more aggressively especially from OOP. Best defense against aggression is more aggression.

IDK about optimal frequencies, but probably it’s safe to 4bet like a third of her 3bet frequency? So if she’s 3betting 20%, you can aim for 7% 4bet. You can mix in 4bets with KQs,KJs, ATs, as well as high frequencies of 4bet with TT+, AQo+. If she’s folding to a lot of your 4bets you can also throw some trash into your 4bet range like hands with blockers like KJo, ATo, which aren’t strong enough to call her 3! but have value as 4! bluffs given the fold equity.
