Fold everywhere, BTW I especially hate your reason for 4! - that LRR is 'fishy', well yeah it is, but it still indicates a good hand. If a fish does something fishy to tell us he has us crushed, then it's fishy to play back at him just because he's a fish.
Yeah, you'd probably want to have something stronger than A4s to 4b-gii if you gave off any tilt vibes (you were on tilt btw) from the last hand...and 4b sizing is ridiculous...and 4b folding is also ok had you sized it correctly. It's safe to say don't ever 4b-call A4s
