Call flop, donk turn, donk river. No need to c/r to get stacks in, so why give him the chance to fold?

Call flop. Check turn. Bomb river.

We need to take the line that looks least like 4x to him. If we call flop and check turn, we give him an opportunity to fold his hand on the river (because that is exactly how he would play 4x.) Confuse him. You are a young whippersnapper who plays far too aggressive. It doesn't matter if you folded for the last 2 hours. Play the role that your appearance begets.

Minraise flop, check/call turn, jam river.

or

Call flop, lead turn, jam river.

With all the different possible lines suggested it seems that they are all decent and viable options. I think the main question and hardest piece of info is we have no idea on many opponents if they are capable of folding overpairs on paired boards (or other boards) when raised by a tight player.

Results: With that in mind I was asking myself if he is the type to fold big hands, and I could not answer that question so I decided to just call. I knew a A or K are bad cards (unless he has AK) and might kill our action but with his sizing on the flop I was assuming he might bomb the turn pretty big so I could probably just get it in on the turn before another scare card comes. The turn was a 4 and I checked and he instantly bet $200 with no hesitation and I folded right away. Didn't really consider leading the turn due to his huge sizings. If the turn wasn't a 4 I was expecting him to bet even more possibly on the turn to protect his hand. I still think leading would be a really good play though because we can take initiative and it guarantees he can not check back the river without us having to donk out.

Was an unfortunate board runnout and this was the second hand that night where I flopped a full house and it got me wondering what is the best line when we are perceived to be TAG.
