Hi,

played in a home game the other day and this hand came up. Table is fairly passive, good mix of strong and decent players. Rough chip stacks are below. 9 handed full ring.

Hero (SB): $380 (95 bb)
BB: $400 (100 bb)
Straddle: $400 (100 bb)
CO: $1000 (250 bb)
BTN: $200 (50 bb)

Live straddle from UTG on at $8.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A 10
Folded to the CO, CO flats, BTN flats, Hero flats, BB flats, Straddle checks.

Flop: ($40) A36 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, Straddle checks, CO bets $25, Hero calls $25

Turn: ($90) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $60, Hero calls $60

River: ($210) J (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $110, ACTION ON HERO.

I elected to fold. CO is a very good LAG, likely the best player on the table, not overly aggressive. My plan on the flop was to c/c to the river for a showdown. I didn't follow through on it. My range for him was 22+, Ax and some strong SCs. Since he triple barrels me, I put him on a range of A9+, sets and some wonky 2 pairs. I don't ever think he has air in this spot as I havnt seen him triple barrel with air. I have to say I havnt played much with him. At most 200 hands.

I might have played this really bad, my plan might have been bad as well, hopefully you guys can give me some good opinions.
