tough question. against a rec player, they are not going to pay off much more, maybe click it back to 150. unless of course the rec player is on tilt, then you could even shove and get called.
against a reg, the reg would understand just how incredibly rare it would be for you to have quads in this situation, so you should be able to get a bigger raise in against a reg.
the most logical hand a reg could have here is A

, so he doesn't have the nut straight, but you can't either. so the max might be 250? making it look like you have either missed hearts or are trying to get him off of a chop if you have 44.
if he actually did have 55 or JJ, it would be a super cooler and you should be able to get all of it on the river.
but with only the two of you seeing the flop, and the % of the time he is only going to have AJ here. I say 250.
