Thought this hand was interesting especially considering the dynamics; please don't respond unless you want to actually read the dynamics of the table before as it was crucial to my decision making.

H ($~600): Should be viewed as pretty TAG-gy; although H won a big pot off V1 with a questionable/loose preflop call that flopped a big draw; V1 flopped a set and we got it in with another person and H got there to win a big pot off V1; howevere overall H has been pretty tight and I'm sure V1/V2 both view hero as tight.

V1 (~$500): upper-20's white guy; plays LAGgy. Seems competent and thinking player. I would say at the time had a VPIP of close to 40-50%.

V2 (~$250): Just bought in with another $100 chip after losing a big chunk of his stack; has dropped a couple buy ins; similar play style to V1 though V1 seems a bit looser

important note: V2 is good friends with V1 (came together); interesting dynamic between the 2 as they like to banter and joke around together and enjoy going at each other in pots

V1 CO; V2 BTN; H SB

OTTH:
Folds to V1 who opens to $15; standard and I think V1 opens a HUGE range of hands in the CO/BTN if folded to

V2 flats; V2 has been 3-betting V1 more than the average LLSNL 3-bet frequency;

H AsKs in the SB and 3! to $55

V1 calls
V2 back raises to $120

Hero?

So pre-flop flatting vs 3!:
- If I 3!, I think V's call a lot and see a flop; I would be OOP in a 3! pot 3-way. Sucks. And both villains are capable of floating flops in position (I think).
- It would be nice to have some stronger hands to flat vs their LP raises; but prob better if it was IP;
- V2 fully knows that V1 will open super wide in LP if folded to him; V2 has 3-bet V1 a couple times already in these scenarios; he seems very willing to 3-bet him light if it is in LP; when he flats it looks stronger to me + the fact that he is willing to 4-bet me after I 3-bet.

Thoughts/Questions:
As played, I am not sure how to proceed. 5! all in? 5! to $XXX? flat? fold? What if we 5! to $XXX and V1 shoves?

Against these described Vs, AKs is never doing too badly. I would ship it.

i'd make it 185

expecting v2 to re-shove 100% of the time and re-open the action and i'd rather leave some room for v1 to do something stupid than force him to play perfect by shoving 200bb into him here.
