SPR basically spells out the road map for your betsizing (especially if your plan is to play for reasonable stacks by the river by betting all the streets). Simply sit down away from the table and figure out what bet sizes you need to do to accomplish this for common SPRs (such as 3, 4, 5, 6-9, and 10+). It's basically the same as memorizing an odds chart.

"I've been trying to incorporate bet/folding in my game but it doesn't seem like I can do this here without being committed."

To Villains credit, you are playing SLAG and Villain is playing against you perfectly by letting you take the betting lead. I think you found yourself on the river without a paddle? Imo, Villain wants you to bet.

I wouldn't bet/fold as you have been doing the betting in this hand. I think to incorporate bet/fold you want to slow down the aggression during the hand play. There is already $355 in the pot which is a lot of $$ to bet/fold on the river when checking is an option.

I would just pot every street. He either has AQ/AJ or he doesn't. He's probably not even calling two streets with JJ-KK
