SPR is about 3 and the flop is extremely drawy and we're committed. If I'm betting, I'm also betting a PSB+; with these relatively short stack sizes in a big pot there's some argument for an outright shove. There's also some argument for a check/shove on a board that someone will likely bet. No one ever folds a draw on the flop, and most people don't fold TP on the flop either (although they'll often be able to lay it down on the turn), so betting huge (and not small) when committed is the best idea, imo; in this case, most likely no one simply had anything.
