Hero has just moved to this table from the must move table. This is the 2nd hand played, and haven't seen the main villain before. Effective stacks are about $220.
UTG+1 (Hero): AQo raises to $15
MP2 (older WG): calls
LP: calls
SB/BB: fold
Flop ($45 after drop): QJ6r
Hero bets $30
MP2 raises $60
LP folds
Hero ???
So calling puts $165 in the pot with about $145 behind... calling all-in on safe turn cards then? Any reason to just shove the flop? Or is this even a fold?

Re-raise him to $90 and jam turn. Really hate this spot if he's over 70ish though because he's gonna have 66/JJ/KK/AA a bunch. Stacks are too short to fold IMO, but it's probably marginal at best. Hands like this are sometimes down to (lol) live reads.

I'm the worst at guessing ages... but I'd say maybe like 50ish.

Regardless he's an old guy so he's got something good. If you had reads on the villain and knew how he plays TPDK or 2pair then you can continue on with this hand. You've only put 45 dollars into the hand. Don't go broke with TPTK. Isn't QJ in his range?
What do you actually beat if you shove? AJ, KQ, KJ? I don't think an old man would be 3betting a draw.

A ~ decent ~ argument could be made for all 3 actions.
Raising- a small raise/fold could price him in with worse hands (KQ I guess and open ended draws) if he flats you have a pretty good inclination of where you are at. You could even be raise/folding? Most older guys would just flat the 30-40 extra with a draw and see the turn. It would be a ridic price to raise/fold but IDK- argument made
Calling- Again on the premise that he is min-raising to see where he is at, or maybe get a cheap turn/river with a 910 or K10 hand. You could call and evaluate turn action.
Folding- It sucks going back through a session and realizing you lost a BI with TPTK to an older white guy lol.
Im leaning towards a call and eval. Probably folding to any turn action.
