As the PF aggressor, I’m not sure if being too SDV-happy with medium strength hands is a leak and I should consider just betting them anyway to avoid getting bluffed.. here are a few examples:
2/3/5 $500 eff
1) 3 limps, Hero $45 in SB with AQo, BB calls, others fold.
Flop KQ3r..
Hero checks, V bets $115, Hero folds. (V is loose pre but saw him check down a busted SD earlier)
2) Random HJ limp, fishy BTN $15, Hero $55 in SB with TT, HJ calls, BTN folds.
Flop AJ3r
Hero checks, HJ bets $115, Hero folds.
3) HJ fish $15, Hero $50 CO with TT, HJ calls.
Flop KQ4ss Check/Check..
Turn Jx HJ bets $15, Hero calls..
River 8x HJ checks, Hero checks..
HJ shows JTo and wins.. (I’d probably take it down if I bombed river)

It's part of a good strategy to ckf to these large bets in the first 2 hands, as well as checking down hand 3. They're also not 'medium strength' except hand 1, they are hands that exist near the top of folding ranges because they don't even make for good bluffcatchers, which is not really part of what you are looking to do in 3b pots.
