V: Never seen him before, just sat down. He is playing effective stack of ~400.

We are playing a $10 winners straddle. Straddle is on UTG+2.

OTTH:

Hero is in MP, looks down at AQ. Makes it 40. Folds to V in SB who calls. Everyone else folds.

Flop ($80): Q T 7

V checks. Hero bets $60. V calls.

Large sizing here, could go smaller but people over value draws in this room usually. I can see V with ranges of KJ, J9, 89, Ax heart hands. AQ, AK. JJ, QT, sets.

Turn ($200): 9

V leads for 115. Hero calls.

KJ gets there but still plenty of other draws?

River ($430): 5

V shoves for $195.

Hero? The turn lead messes with me and makes me unsure.

I think we gotta let it go. The bluffing frequency in small stakes games is much less than standard.

The only bluffs we beat are missed hearts and 98. I seriously don't think we are good the 23.7% needed to call here. I think flop is fine (little big as you said), and turn is perfect.
