Villain joined heads-up game about 2 hours ago. I had never played with him before, but had over heard he was a mediocre 1/2 player. He has definitely played weird including multiple all-in shoves when pot size didn't justify it. Over short sample seemed like if he was going to bet over 100 he just shoved though only time one of those bets went to show down he had a reasonable hand. He had been playing very aggro pre-flop early on in session while playing 3-handed with an above average c-bet% but usually making his turn barrel a similar size. 3 players had just joined the game which seemed to make his game a little more passive though it had only been an orbit. He instantly shoved the river over my bet, i am not even sure both of my hands had passed the betting line stating i'm all in bro. My physical read was that he was very comfortable, including him laughing at something the dealer said to another player when i was in the tank.
It didn't seem like he was scared money and I had an inclination to believe he was a drug dealer based on how much his phone was getting blown-up, the conversations he was having, his demeanor, the fact that this card room is in the ghetto (literally a few blocks from the only open-air drug market with-in 60 miles), and his ethnicity (racism ITT). villain has 110 bbs, hero covers

River bet-sizing was on small side to maybe get a crying call from pp less than AA, Acxc, and A7. Getting little a little worse than 4:1 on a call and i really have no idea what his range is in this spot. I think a flopped straight would have at least some of the time shoved the turn as any other sizing would be against his MO. I think that he would have put more money in on the flop with a set though his dislike of non-shove big bets could have stopped prevented this from happening even though its a super wet board. Thoughts appreciated on his range, hero's line/bet-sizing, and at what pot odds do you believe the cut-off is for making the river a call vs fold.
