I'm not sure if I made the right call here. After the 9, it seems like V1 is really nutted, like he definitely hit a straight but now, I also have top pair and open ended straight draw.
you have no reads at all on v1? with the action this way a donk lead for that amount is usually pretty nutted here. should have been a fold. his range is mostly straights, 2pair, and sets.
Will be difficult to get a fair return on the $130 call on a 4-to-a-straight board should you bink. J may not be good. Looks like he has at least 2-pr.

That may be a bit of an overstatement, but I agree in that I am definitely looking to bet smaller on this board, somewhere in the $20-$30 range, maybe closer to $30. I wouldn't mind them folding something like an Axs with a backdoor wheel/flush draw.
As played I'm snap folding this turn. Your implied odds suck with 1-card straight draws. I usually only call bets where I'm priced out if I think I can pick up some serious bluff equity on certain rivers, but readless against what smells like a nutted range I don' think that's a great plan.

QT, J9, JT, T9, 98, 99. Given this you need like 2.8 to 1 to call the turn and are only getting 2.3 so it's a fold. Also given the fact that if you hit your card, often you will be chopping or losing more money in the case he has QT or 99.
The problem is that you don't even know what a good card for you is on the river given villain's range.
Also bet smaller on flop is usually better unless villain's are very loose.
OTF I'd check top pair weak kicker here with backdoor draws and look to bluff-catch/keep ranges wider or go for 2 streets if it's checked around. You didnt list suits otf but esp if there is a club I'm 100% checking this

imo there are enough 2pr combos to warrant the call ott, but there's no need to auto-call his river shove unimproved. one of those rare occasions that calling turn <> call river.
