Game is playing straightforward. Typical LLSNL bad hand-reading, over-valuing hands, with few bluffs and moves.
V1 is UTG 250 eff (50s white guy, just sat down, looks rec)
V2 is UTG +1 250 (40s Mexican guy, lost some, but played hands fine)
H is EP covers (tight, few calls, couple raises, shown A10dd limp called small PF raise and checked-down winner 3rd pair to a worse A-high; only small pots played thus far)
OTTH
UTG calls
UTG +1 calls
H raises AhAs to 15 folds to limpers who both call
Flop (50)
7c 8c Qs
UTG leads 40
fold

Bigger pre after two limpers plix. Around 20$ sounds good.
I am raising this drawheavy flop to 120$ ish, jamming non club or Q turns if called.

I'd raise to $25 preflop to setup trivial SPR stack off situation postflop. But $25 will fly at my table, I hear there are some 1/3 NL tables where this won't.
Here's the problem with the smallish raise. It gave 2 opponents about 18+ IO odds to stack us (not horrendous odds), and yet also created a very small SPR pot of < 5 where it will likely be quite difficult to get away from our hand. If we're setting up a spot where it will be very difficult to get away from out hand postflop, then we can't be offering such good IO preflop, imo.
I think board is too drawy to slowplay here, so I'd probably lean towards raising. Stacks are kinda awkward, where any reasonable raise almost leaves too little behind. If we have zero history with this guy (which it sounds like), I probably just shove.

Easy call. Expect him to make another big bet on the turn if the FD doesn't come in. If he doesn't bet, bet yourself. You should be able to get it in on the river.
