2/2 KK on a super wet board vs a good Villain 2/2 KK on a super wet board vs a good Villain

Saturday Night at my local Casino in Germany.
The table is full of fishes and calling stations that like to throw their money away. The most of the players are there to gamble and have a nice time. Game play very loose passive preflop and Pots become always BIIIG postflop due to calling station action. Average stacks is 200BB.
The game of your dream

Hero (520€) has viewed as a nit tight/passive player. I have tried all time to see flops in position with suited connectors/one gap/connector/little PP to flop a monster and get the money vs the huge whales at the table. The only Hand that i have raised PF and showed was AA wich came ALL on a J89flop against 2 Players and won (SPR was 1 OTF lol)

Villain (800+€) The only good player at the table. He play very loose passive preflop but become really aggressive postflop when he smells he is good or he could take the pot away. Capable of making move, he has herocalled a fish on a wet board with TPGK being good, he has done a 3barrel bluff with a psb on the river on a A4J79hh Board with 35o. he isnīt scary money, willing to put the money in when he has the odds to do it.

Now the Hand:

Hero has KK UTG and raises 24 (standard raise for this table full of whales). Villain call on the button and we see a flop Heads Up (incredible at this table!)

Flop 52€ ( 89T)

I hate my life after i have seen this flop. the flop is so wet and hit perfectly the calling range of V. I donīt want to cbet and blew the pot without position versus this villain, he is able to outplay me and the are millions of cards that i donīt want to see on the turn. We are fairly deep and i donīt want to be raised on the flop. I decide to check to make pot control. (What do you think about it? Is better to Bet/fold or Check/call?)

I check, Villain Bet 30, I Call.

Turn 112€ (7)

One of the worst card in the deck for me.
I check with the intention of folding to a bet, but Villain check behind.

River 112€ (4)

Blank on the river. I check and Villain tanks and after 20 seconds bets 84€. Should i call or should i Fold?

I have to been good 30% of the time to make this call Break Even. I think the bet on the river is extrem polarized (Busted Flush draws or Jx hand). i Think other hands the have us beated (2Pairs and Set) wouldnīt follow this line.
What do you think?

Sorry for my bad english!

Pretty close but I'm folding here with the description. I'm pretty sure it's a mistake to not lead on the flop. I know you're OOP but you are giving up the hand almost immediately. If you lead with 40 on the flop you get a lot more information. Becomes even more important if you intend calling his raise on flop with this wet board.
