Villain: (4-5 hours played with) Semi-reg, pretty big fish/biggest spot on the table. Started very loose passive, high vpip. Later half of the session turned semi tight, small raise/3 bet percentage.

Hero: loose aggressive, getting a lot of respect in the later half of the session. but still showing down 3bet/pfo hands like 5/10s, 6/8s, 5/2o. very button/position aggressive.

Villain (UTG): ~$250
Hero (MP 1): ~$500 (AhQc)

Action: Villain limps UTG, Hero raises to 10$. 2 LP calls, Villain calls.

POT: 43$ (+/- rake) FLOP: K 10 6
Villain checks, Hero bets 26, folds to villain who calls.
POT: 94$ TURN: 2
Villain checks, hero bets 60$, villain calls
POT: 214$ RIVER: Ad
Villain checks, hero ?

Several thoughts on review,
I have really bad bet sizing here, giving implied odds on the flop to a FD, and maby the turn as well. Villain has about 130-150 behind in a 200$ pot. Do we jam/bet light/check back?

Double barreling the turn was really bad, IMO. Reread your villain description. Turn card didn't change anything.

River is a clear bet for value. Also how do you "jam" river in a spread limit game when you have more than the limit.

The turn you don't think we get him off FD/SD/10x/6x?

you're ahead of all of those draws.

Also with your and his rep he really shouldn't be folding Tx.

good point, if calls with Tx I don't think he is doing it because he knows he should be but more guessing, oh man re-reading I typed something but i deleted it somehow. two times early on he called me 2 streets with over cards and had to show down. It probably doesn't change this hand but might speak on the type of player he is.

edit: that is the reason why I decided to second barrel knowing he can call with probably a lot of hands Tx, 6x, KJ, KQ, QJ, XXs, possibly 78 and 89. Ill take AJ/AQ out of the equation due to him not opening PF.

No reason villain can't have Ax of spades or hero call KQ, KJ. I'd bet $80-100. Can't see him having QJ and he might just check call weak 2 pair hands now that AK got there.

good point, what do we do if we bet 80-100 and he raises the last 50-60 is there any possible way of us getting away from it or are the odds just too great for us to fold?
