Why would you x/c turn, and not x/c river? Your hand is not getting better here unless you pull another 9 out of the deck, and it's a draw heavy board. I would have folded turn on the bet unless I was committed to hero calling any card that was lower than a 9 on the river that didn't complete the flush draw, and on a blind read, I am folding turn more often than not.
As played, fold is still correct on the river, but it just means the turn call was -EV
