Playing 50/100 in Resorts World Manila which works out to roughly USD 1/2. 9 max table.

V is new to the table and this is probably his 3rd hand ie Hero and V have no solid impressions of each others' style. We both start this hand at roughly even stacks of 12k each.

V is UTG, Hero is in HJ. V limps, a few others limp as well and we look down at 10d 7d. I decide to overlimp and we go 6 ways to flop. We go 6 ways to flop.

Flop is Ad 3d 6d, pot is 600

Checked to me and I bet out 400 for value and protection. Only V calls.

Turn is Kc, pot is 1400

Turn blanks and I bet 700. V counts out his chips and makes a raise to 2.2k. At this point I put him on the nut flush draw at worst. I decide to call and evaluate on the river.

River is 2s, pot is 5600.

V leads out for 3k, we ???

Call. You beat a ton of value hands including 2p with Kd or sets that were waiting for a safe turn. live V's rarely play a flopped flush the way you have... so I think V can be value betting worse hands.

Not folding.
Most interesting discussion imo is can we raise or shove here and be called by worse often enough...

I was contemplating shoving on the turn but decided to pot control since it was a limped pot to begin with.

I end up making the call after 10s or so and V shows KdJd.

Lost close to the minimum I guess.

Call. Raising is spew.

Expect to lose at least 50% of the time at showdown.

How many unknowns have people known that would take a x/c, x/r, b line with an 8 high flush with a monochrome flop?

This
If you look at it,what is he call flop check raise turn with that we beat against an unknown it just seems like a very strong line to take.
As for laying this down in game is another question but the river bet just looks so valuey.
This is one of the reason I stopped limping T7s in the HJ it can get you into trouble so often.
I am folding this hand in this position and not even thinking about it
