it's one thing if you're sitting there watching a person for an hour or so and this goes into the equation of ability to make that assumption, but all we have is a snapshot of 1 hand.
you've never gotten caught in a hand with < 100bb?? it's pretty easy to do, especially if the casino you're in doesn't let you buy chips from the dealers. Chip runners aren't always Barry Allen
