Hi all,

Interesting spot.

$240 dollar effective stacks.

H: generally playing tight and in position. Table is loose overall so sticking to a fundamental strategy. Generally my raises get respect.

V1: Indian gentleman who appears to be solid overall. Hasn't done anything too crazy yet. Raises a lot pre/plays a fair amount of hands

V2: Generally playing pretty tight. Younger white gentlemen. Raises too small pre. Probably bluffs at too high a frequency and on wrong textured boards.

V3: fishy guy. New to table.

OTTH: V1 starts out limping in the LJ?? V2 raises to $11 in the HJ V3 calls in the cutoff. We have 1010 in the SB and think about about squeezing but we don't (probably should have??). We flat.

This is when it gets weird. V1 who limped raises to $61. V2 FOLDS. V3 is the effective stack and cold calls. We go all in for about 240 total more to V1. Thoughts?

Such a weird spot.

I call there. I don't fold. I don't know why you'd shove for that amount but many players are much better than I.

I mean it looks fine if you folded instead of jamming.

Vs an unopened HJ raise + CO call TT should be a 3bet and personally my baseline is to have my entire SB range as a fold or 3bet but I can totally see why it makes sense to have a flatting range in LLSNL, especially 1/2. So ya, looks fine, now fold. Calling isn't horrible but I don't think we're getting the right price/IO to set mine vs an extremely heavy KK+ range from the l/rr

I think this is is really bad. You chicken out on 3! initially against an isoraise but now you shove against a limp/reraise that at these stakes is often nutted with something like KK+/AK??

Help us understand what you were trying to accomplish. Maybe I am way off and people are limp re-raising with garbage but in my experience it's just so nutted so much of the time. What range did you put him on?

I was thinking that since it wasn’t an EP limp RR he could just be spazzing out with pocket pairs and random Ax combos maybe Kx combos As well.

With all the dead money in the middle in my mind I was ahead of that range and figured it would be a profitable jam

I just never see random Ax and random Kx doing this in my games at all. Once in awhile it is a random pocket pair but usually it's a premium pocket pair. Maybe we just playing different games.

I'm fine with just flatting preflop.

I fold to the open limp/reraise. Typically we're at best flipping and otherwise crushed (and rarely crushing ourselves).

Grunch

I'd often 3bet to 50 here, but I suppose just calling is ok.

AP I fold to the limp raise.

+1
Occasionally small-medium PPs but even then it's usually when the iso is big, like 20$+, and the limp-raiser is just frustrated because they wanted a cheap flop.

I agree with those saying the limp-raise is almost always AA/KK. Fold and move on.
