So the opponent, the main villain, is an older man, probably 60+ range.
He seems to be playing like he is "scared-money" he limps calls a lot, folds alot to aggression, I have seen him fold ace-king twice preflop to a shove or a small raise when he himself only min buys.

I am in bb with Ace 6 of clubs suited, 4 limps to me.

Flop is all hearts with 2/9/6

Checks around,

turn is an ace of hearts

Villain bets $10, everyone folds, I decided to c/r to $35

Villan hums and puffs and folds king(diamonds) queen(hearts) face up.

My plan was to fold baby flushes and to put him to the test if he really had the heart. I still had some outs to a 6 and an ace so I wasn't drawing completely dead, but I would have checked on the river and fold to a bet.

I would usually never do this against anyone else, but I felt seeing this guy before and even during this session to be afraid of nuts.

I think if I was going to rep the king of hearts against anyone else, I would have called AND then raised on the river since it makes more sense for me to have a nut flush and baby flushes would probably have to fold here. Why would I raise with a nutflush, I would want to keep him in.

Roast my line

Is this the way to exploit "scared money" and also, if i was going to rep a nut flush, would it make more sense to call $10 then raise it on the river?

Might depend a little where this guy is betting from on the turn (like if he's betting in EP with still 3 people to act after him versus he's last to act on the turn). But basically this kind of guy is only betting the nuts or very close to it on this board. So even though we got him off the second nuts this time, I don't like the plan in general.

I guess just got lucky this time, would you call in this spot doe ( I guess no because as you said this player type is probably betting the nuts or close to it)?

From the description, I assume V is in EP w/ no players in between us? If so, I hate trying to rep Kh because it's just in his hand so damn often. Try moves like this when his range isn't so nutted.

(I'm not a weak-tight old man, and I would have Kh ~100% of the time leading into 12 players on that board.)

I'm always folding here. Can't call because we're not getting remotely the odds we need to chase our boat, have little IO against this guy who won't get his stack in on a paired board, plus we may have others behind us who are attempting a tarp with the nuts.
