1/3, Friday night, full table (9-handed)

Villain1 (70yo white male, $200, 20/5) limps in early position.
Hero ($300) opens to $18 with Kd Js on the cutoff.
Villain2 (30yo Indian male, $650, 50/10) calls on button

Blinds fold and Villain1 calls.

Flop ($58): Q-d T-c 3-h

Villain 1 checks, Hero bets $15, Villain 1 and Villain 2 both call

Turn ($103): K-h

Villain 1 checks, Hero bets $20, Villain 1 folds, Villain 2 calls

River ($143): 6-c

Hero checks, Villain2 bets $140

What do you do?

How would you have played the hand earlier?

Note: Villain2 plays erratically postflop and has been seen to "bluff with showdown value", with most of his attempts failing.

Your bet sizings are seriously off. I would go $30 on the flop, $75 on the turn, and would honestly continue on the river with fish, but as played it's a super easy call.

Seriously though, why are you betting so tiny post?

I might just overlimp preflop. The OMC limper likely has us crushed range-wise plus he's playing a small stack; so all we mostly do is get in very large percentages of stack preflop as the likely dog. Plus we get into awkward uncomfortable commitment spots if anyone else comes along (imagine flopping TP in what would be a lol SPR 3 pot against OMC).

So long as the flop cbet is considered "reasonable" then I don't have much problem with smaller sizing. I'm not so sure $15 into $58 is considered too reasonable so I might go $20 but whatever.

I might lean to a check on the turn. This card completes straights and lottsa two pairs and we don't want to be blown off our equity nor build a huge pot with this one pair.

Against someone who bluffs with showdown value then we're probably forced to sigh call, especially considering he didn't raise the turn in a multiway pot on a drawy board. His sizing is also mostly suggesting he wants us to fold, not call to get paid off. Also not in love with building pots OOP to these types of players cuz they'll (inadvertently) put us in stoopid spots like this.

Pre flop was played fine.. The bet otf should be larger if your going to c bet in the middle of a 3 way pot to try shut it down then and there imo... But Id lean toward checking and keeping the pot small.

the turn is not really a good spot to bet your kings are good. That board is wet and that king probably helped V out aswell. Id check and keep the pot small.

As played Id probably fold... If I were to.call Id seriously consider shoving the rest of my stack in and make him think of folding..
