Now this is kind of interesting but a bit hard for me to illustrate in text. The way his chips were stacked up were like 4 barrels of read about 200 each in a 2x2 pattern with about $20 in whites on top of them. It looked like he had only grabbed from his white stack and grabbed 3 chips.

I think there is a possibility he had a dirty stack and ment to call the $3 BB and accidentally raised. I think the evidence that his raise pf is super lol small and his bet was 3 chips total and that i did not notice him grab any reds may support this.

Though $40 is not enough. Before you size your raise the pot is already $40. My value and bluff squeeze sizings are usually 2x pot, but I don't know if that's normal or not.

If your 2x the pot you need to pickup the pot 75% of the time. (right?)

With our shortish 75bb stack and already a decent amount of dead money in the pot, plus the fact this raise can never be a big hand and could be an accident, plus a decent chance no one else has a decent hand (although there is definitely a possibility of AK/AQ at limpy games), I think this is an easy 3bet preflop.

There's about $40 in the pot. I'd raise to $65. This would create a HU pot with about a ~PSB left which I'd shove on any flop.
